Why we built this

Talent is everywhere. Opportunity isn't.

Empowering a Billion Women began with a mission to expand women's access to the knowledge, networks, capital and opportunities needed to build businesses and economic independence.

Over time, we recognized a much larger problem: extraordinary people everywhere struggle to understand how the game works, what to do next, who they need to know, where to find customers or capital, and how to gain access to opportunity.

What if access to opportunity could be personalized for everyone?

That's what we're building.
